For Participants
Employment Stream
The Access Ability employment stream provides self-identified persons with disabilities support getting into the workforce by offering training, support and job placements. Participants have access to individualized coaching and mentorship to further build their skills and confidence in the workplace, and advice is offered to employers on an as-needed basis.
Entrepreneurship Stream
The Access Ability entrepreneurship stream is designed to give people with self-identified disabilities the opportunity to enhance their skills to be able to launch their own business. Participants develop their entrepreneurial expertise through training sessions and mentoring. This program is hybrid and works by offering a gateway for participants to connect themselves to the always evolving entrepreneurship ecosystem.
